On dirt or snow I can almost drift anything that isn't a torque monster. I really wish they would modify the special event rallies so I could use the Tank Car.

-DS3 (Learning with DFGT right now but not best)
... R2 changed to Accelerate
... L2 changed to Brakes
... Square changed to shift down
... X changed to shift up
... O is e-brake
-No assists (ABS 1)
-Turning Speed 7
-Hood View
-Fav Tracks: Autumn Ring full, Eiger, Nurburgring 24hour :)
-Comfort Hards
-Fav car... either Blitz Skyline (Premium 1) or my mustang

Aww man, I feel like the only one who uses comfort softs...

I switch cars like every other week but now I'm using the Maserati GT.

I test\go pro at grand valley. I use ss7 for pretty pics.

I drift how I learned, floating follow camera and use a controller because I would be the first person to total a car in gt5 with a wheel :guilty:

Definetly no assists at all. I am trying to learn how do do it in manual.

I never have music unless it is off my computer or the cars sounds itself

I drift with a controller, no aids except ABS (sometimes driving line, too) and mostly on comfort hard tyres.
R2 is control, L2 brake and the left stick is shifting. X is the handbrake and L3 the horn.
That's the setting I'm used from many other racing games.

In my opinion the best drift tracks are Toscana tracks, especially the ones with long an fast corners.

What camera view to you use?
Bonnet (Hood).
Do you use a wheel?
Yes. G27 (FFB 7 and Clutch On) with homemade e-brake and stand.
Assists on?
Only ABS in 1.
Music? Genre?
Engine car sound.
Headphones? Surround Sound?
No because only speak spanish and tv stock sound.
Extra:
only MDTT and Comfort Hard.

If I am really putting effort into my drifting, I usually listen to extremely dramatic music. Like the crap hitting the fan at light speed dramatic.

Your not the only one who drifts with Comfort: Soft :P I'm right along with ya.

Tires depend on car
assists off "even ABS"
i do in steering drifts and 0 counter drifts
listening to initial D music
on the bonnet cam
yes i use a wheel

Tires depend on DRIVER. All comes down to the feel, technique, and style that the DRIVER has. You have to find the tires that allows you to drift how YOU want to drift :)
