Great start, Tengu! 👍 The Lancer shot had a great angle and the GT-R glowing disk shot was beautiful.

Lil dark, but on some of them it fits like the First Aston picture.
Really like the First picture and the 2nd R34 shot. Keep it up, you got potential.

i do need to work on my lighting. any tips? is it something i can change with the camera or should i do that in photoshop?

here's a few more. a good amount of the pics already posted were older ones taken throughout the past year so i'll be putting up more current ones from now on.

I suggest doing a better exposure in GT5, then use levels/curves to adust lighting/contrast a bit further, but not a bad start.

cool, thanks man i really appreciate it. i think i might have to change my tv brightness settings as well.. the pics sometimes look a bit bright on the flat screen but then end up looking a little dark and dull once i put them on my laptop.

haha had to play around in photoshop a lil bit to get the desired effect. got another one..

my first premium car i bought. later on i ended up doing the race mod and turbocharged it.

here's how i do the brake light streak..
first, i take a picture with the car out of focus. i usually just auto-focus on somewhere in the background. i keep shutter speed at 1/60 and the focus somewhere between 2.0 and 4.0 for the most part. i make sure i'm taking the picture with the angle i want as well.

the picture comes out blurry, but that's ok since i'm only using this one for the streak.

next, without moving the camera, i auto-focus on the car and take another picture.

the rest of the work is done in photoshop. i overlay the blurry picture over the other and start erasing everything i don't need. the rest comes from playing with the layer type and the opacity levels to make it look right. sometimes i will also go and use the blur and smudge tool to smooth out the edges so it looks like its fading out a bit.

and here's the end result..

if anyone out there has a better method or any kinds of tips or tricks for a brake light streak, i would love to hear!

haha yeah it probably did, i don't really remember.

here's a few new ones. i haven't really been on GT5 a lot lately. i didn't really bother with editing them cause i'm feeling lazy, but i'll get around to it.

its been a little while since i updated, so here's a few new shots.

when this new civic gen came out, i really didn't like the way it looked, especially from the front. but now, it's grown on me and i think it looks pretty good.

it kind of resembles the odyssey in a way..
