I don't draw but when I was incredibly bored at my friend's house I sat down with a paper and pencil, drawing this:

My handwriting is crap, I have the worst handwriting out of everyone, what gives? I just suck at it.

Gives me an idea. Try to do the same thing, but do a spoof of Uncle Sam w/ that Russian theme!
 
lol. Such typical seeing of russia by foreign people. BTW GULag was since 1934 till 1960. No more. It was just labor camp. And in soviet Russia was pretty good. Not so much friedom but it was almost like in China 10 year ago. Why do american and europen people think that all russiand wear hats, drink vodka with bears and angry? thats un-normal

Thats just a stupid stereotype, no one actually thinks that. Everyone knows that Russians are actually bears on unicycles.
 
I think I get your pic, I'm partially Russian so yeah.

Oh and you suck at writing? Let me tell you that when I would try to draw such a pic the quality would be 4chan rage comics LOL.
