Does anyone else think that the replay angles/cutting in GT5 is quite terrible?

I find it zooms in way too close way too often and it cuts to a new angle like every 2 seconds and SPINS while doing so, making me extremely dizzy.

I agree 100%!! We need more 'TV like' camera positions to see whole picture and not those close up views

I get dizzy at some points when watching these replays. They do too much panning, zooming. I understand at some points like on the long straight at Fuji it makes complete sense. Since the camera's are actually lined up like that ( in F1,I know they use 3 cameras that pan and zoom). Some more changes and more stationary views would be nice.

Other than that it does look absolutely gorgeous at some points. One of the license tests has you racing old italian supercars in Rome, and the cars just look fantastic.

I noticed that problem the first time I watched a replay. And what makes it even worse is that replays were absolutely perfect in Prologue. I cant understand this...

Rapid cuts and rotation are why I never bother with replays. Maybe if they add a fairly zoomed out tv cam so I could actually see what is going on it would be worth watching.

I don't get dizzy, then again I grew up with descent hehe. But I do agree the angles are not great. Just give us a lot of different views fixed to the car so it's easy to analyze how your lines are. Or better yet like in FPS games demos let us "fly" around the track freeform.

They need two replay profiles.

Track side ones for quality review like you see from in B-spec, and then the 'fancy' types with spinning etc for people who like that kind of thing.

Easy.
