Oooh, I guessed right! I was hoping it was the Supra, and not the GT-R. Nice realistic tones, and clear colours, me likey. The first shot exaggerates the Yellow Hat's odd choice of making the Supra cross-eyed, though :p.

For the 787B, as it's my favourite prototype; is it weird I like what would've been your submission the least out of them all? Chalk it up to the sky, I guess. The first shot is one of the best night shots I've seen so far, period, the second is a textbook high-quality blur, and the third hints at the power of the car (if there was a dab of oppo it'd be even better, in my mind). Awesome 👍

Was my choice of title really as obvious?

I wouldn't say it's weird at all, in fact, I'm not too fond of the shot myself (which is the likely reason I forgot to submit it) I was torn between that and an earlier shot but neither of them really caught the moment I wanted; now that I think about it, I should have just submitted one of my Mach 1 shots. :grumpy:

Ah well. There's still this week. Thanks for the comments.

The first 3 photos here are the standout shots in my opinion, the blur works well with the composition of the first photo and the other 2 work very well as stills with the sharp detail of the floor contrasting the bright yellow car nicely.

Lots of comments since I've last been in here, so I'll get right to them...

First time I was able to capture the exhaust flame without yelling at my TV because you can't manipulate the replay properly. Thanks. :D

First shot is great, my favorite of the set.

One of the crowd pleasers of the set. Thanks for stopping by; how's that Calsonic GT-R treating ya'?

I love the last shot, due to the composure.

Really? Not the second or third this time?

787 update is excellent. One of the best 787 photos I have seen so far.

Thank you, sir. Was wondering when you'd have a look in here. :D

95% cars shoot on this page looks real!
Awesome work.👍

Some of my earlier shots were done with minimalist editing, now, I can edge that additional 15% out of the photos making them look better in the end. Still, you'll notice that some (like those in the 787B sets) also have minimalist editing or none at all. Thanks for the comment.

Again, thanks for the comments, all of you.

Will be returning with a new update tomorrow (later on today).

What I planned on submitting for the Advanced 2.0, Week 8 PMC

You've got a great gallery here, lots of nice stuff! That first 787B has an unbelievable sky, the cloud patterns and colours are great. The Yellow Hat Supra set is great too, my favourite is the first B+W one, looks very surreal, like a still from a movie or something... nice work.
The 908 is a cool car too, although I'm not sure I'm feeling the heavily filtered look.. the roof of the tunnel has a sort of splotchy green look to it, which I find a bit distracting. Aside from that it's a great shot though :)

Ferrari F10

I've been away for a bit due to some interwebz service issues but all that's resolved now and I should be updating normally again.

Was wondering where the hell you went you crazy red-painting Jaguar nut. :D

I like this update very much, you captured the action very well in #3 and I like the angle and darkness in #1. Very dramatic.

Thanks. :D

I hadn't noticed the splotches on the tunnel roof...good thing I did miss the deadline.

My favourite has to be number 1.

Obviously, Jamie. Obviously. :p

The XJ is sitting under wraps, still just as red as the day it was painted. Blaspheming just for kicks now.

Thanks for the comments as well. Next update is going to be two not so special shots of the 370Z, and the SLR 722.

Really impressive T12. Very bold.

Favs are the Yellow hat and 787 edits. First F1 is great too.

Number one is nice, not that the other aren't but it feels that little bit better to me. Nice job.

Many thanks. Where have you been hanging around lately?

Some AMAZING shots here, T12. The sets with the GT Spec II LM Test Car were PHENOMENAL.

Always a pleasure to get comments from new faces, especially ecstatic responses like this! :D

i like the RX7 update.

Which one, the Amemiya FD3S or the Spirit R?

Thanks for the comment either way.

No right or wrong answer here, buddy. :D

Thanks, and thanks again. :D

i was talking about the FD3-S one, the blue car. i can't wait to get it.

It's a great car. You'll enjoy every bit of it.

Great update, I like the second one, it looks like a proper poster.

Thank you. :D

Next up, Lotus Evora Type 124

The first and the forth on post 281 have some amazing tones, but they would be so much better if they weren't so sharp.

Edit: From the new set, I like the first two, the other are toooooooo overdone with the editing for my tastes.

Really? They're a bit sharper to you than necessary? They barely look as sharpened as I had them to me; remind me to borrow your eyes next time I sharpen relatively dark pictures. :p

I like the composure in number 1.

Of course. Although you are switching up now, you'll be back to liking the second shot of some future set soon enough.

Thanks for the comments guys.

Wow, fantastic thread T-12...just spent about half an hour drooling over some of the pics, too hard for me to pick a favourite  ....I've got a soft spot for the Peugeot 908 though and I thought you really did it justice 👍

Keep up the good work mate, I'll be back for more! 👍 :)
