TG Test Track Mystery

[Downhill Dino]

Ok so I wondered about this, Is there a WET version of the Top Gear Test Track? There's one in the first license test of ia I think. What's the deal? Or is it an unlockable that I have yet to have acquired?

As far as I know, wet versions only exist in the licenses.

That's a true dissapointment. I was really hoping for a wet version.
