Does this upcoming show have potential?

I doubt it, but my bias is toward usually not thinking conservatives are very funny, one nearly unbearable example of this is Dennis Miller, though he's apparently only conservative on national security matters. I think much of the problem with the right in attempting to be funny is that they mute themselves, so their presentation is often too cordial, apparently from fear of being seen as crass as liberals are, or whatever is claimed.

The show is set to premiere Sunday at 10pm eastern, if I have the time right, on the FoxNews Channel.

I don't see it lasting.

Red Eye is complained about a bit too, but I admit to liking the show, though the host could be much better.
 
...They've been rotating a lot of shows around in those time slots, and I have no idea how long it will last. We already went through Planet Man Cow and Hannity's America, and although the former was better than the latter, I just can't stand Fox News Weekend.

I've always been a Miller fan, so I'll probably watch it. There aren't many conservative comedians left, much less conservative celebrities (what, the entire Country Music crowd and Bruce Willis?), which makes it interesting... So, we'll see I guess.
 
Miller's not on the show, that I know of. I don't think I said he was, at least I didn't intend to say that.
 
Politicians making fools of themselves on a live news broadcast is funnier than this show and The Daily Show combined. I will have my DVR set for Sunday, however.

I saw the promo last night with Limbaugh and Coulter, and I can't say that I'm overly impressed. I think the writing was so-so, but just the fact that the two most uptight conservative thinkers in America would do something like this is pretty funny, so I'll probably check it out...
 
I watched it last night, it was ok. I thought it was a little rushed, as if they were forcing the jokes. Maybe it's not funny because most of everything they said is true...
 
True? I'm not sure about that. But I couldn't stay on it. I switched back and forth. The joke about Saddam's daughter was in poor taste.
