My oh my, where to start w/ this. I decided to stick w/ my original car to test a theory out...that even tho it doesnt get the greatest first lap times..if you can get a smokin 2nd lap w/ it, it'd make up for it. I did just that too...get a mediocre first lap (compared to some ive got) and an AWESOME 2nd lap, times in that lap were 23.2/37.8/1'00.0 and it netted me a pretty good time....EXCEPT....upon further review of my replay...i think i may have had a wall scratch...its so hard to tell, but a minor drop in speed is the tell tale sign i think im gonna be sick. i dont think i'll be able to pull that kinda lap again. tho i can do about .300 or .400'ths better in my first lap than what i have saved...so if i can pull off a good 1st lap and decent second lap i may be able to regain my time...im just takin a little break right now. i need to have my time by the end of the night...talk about cuttin it close..haha. I know this car wont be the FASTEST...especially in my hands. but i do think that its got enough guff to keep up w/ the pack a lot better than some may think
::EDIT:: Time submitted. Not very happy w/ it but i guess thats as good as its gonna get tonight. I was able to come within .100 of my best save w/ the wall scratch. Lap 1 times were 31.9/46.7/1'09.0 and lap 2 was 23.3/38.0/1'00.3. First lap was .100 better than my previous save, and my second lap was only .200 worse than my best, so that evened it out to only a .100 difference b/w my dirty and clean one. tho if i take my best laps ive done, i should have a time thats almost a second faster than what i have now. but i think those laps were freaks of nature. I wish i didnt have to work at 9:30 tomorrow morning or else i'd stay up the rest of the night working on this. MAYBE if im lucky i can get up a little earlier tomorrow and get an hours worth in before i have to get ready for work, but that probably aint gonna happen...the only thing i value more than GT3 is sleeping. haha. If i can get a top 10 finish out of this i'll be happy...its gonna be close tho...
I just emailed my time to you. I hope it gets there faster than my lap time or you might not get it until next week. Hopefully next week will treat me better.
Had a few runs this morning, but of course i couldnt capitalize on anything. This sleep deprived body just didnt have the proper hand-eye coordination, even after a healthy injection of coffee looks like my times gonna have to stand. ::crossing fingers::
Just had to give it one more try as Monster Thunderstorms & 3 Hours w/NO Power yesterday left me feeling there was more time to find. Found it too!!! (Just NOT on the same Lap!!!)

The track looks so easy, but in fact it's pretty hard!
