Hey nitro,

Me and GT_Fan2005 have decided to become team mates in the "GBR Superteam"

We are both from Great Britain and both in Holdens, I will be #27 and GT_Fan2005 will be #12

Is that OK?

And I have 2 of those open slots for people who want to be part of Porn Star Racing. They are open to ANYONE who wants to be part of the series but doesn't want to go through the name making process.

Honestly, if I was to join a series, I don't think I'd be too keen on joining "Pornstar Racing". But then again, they do have playboy sponsered teams.:lol:
 
Hey guys listen up

i'm taking the same route as mafia_boy and am setting up a second team. It is Mobil 1 Racing, dedicated to Peter Brock when he raced in Sierras. Even though i set up the team, the two drivers racing for it can manage it themselves. i'll just see how they're doing every now and then. the colour scheme for the FPV GT is this:

colour: white w/ blue stripes
wing colour: White 3D type 4

anyone who wishes to join will be graciously accepted. but i'm recruiting on a FCFS (first come, first serve) basis, so be quick!!! oh, and the numbers are #05 and #50

cool, but I'm serious, you better be quick. I want to win the championship. but then again I don't know how quick I am. just look at my past WRS finishes. what kind ofl aps are you running in the current WRS? my quickest so far is a 1.08.625. I know I can get to low 1.08's or maybe high 1.07's. but that would be a prefect lap for me. I heard veilside is lapping in the 1.05 range :scared:. I know, he's a jerk. heh. I'm like 3 seconds slower then what is pretty much the best. I really hate him. I just don't know where he finds 3 extra seconds. there are about 2 other guys on this board that can run with him, but he seems to always edge them out. I can do it in real life, but something in GT4 is missing. I guess it is that I can't really feel what the car is doing. in real life I can feel where the g-loading is going and feel the contact patch move around, and stuff like that, but I don't see how he's that much quicker. arrgghh.

Nitro, The_Machine and myself will be entering but I have a concern. A big competition like this requires a lot of organisation. I'm a little uneasy about you competing in the competition. In my experience, series organisers who enter their own competitions can "bend" the rules a bit in their favour. I'm not doubting you're integrity, but I'd feel much more comfortable knowing we've got an independant Race/Series Director (like in real life), than having one of the drivers as head poncho. Just my thoughts.....

Have faith in people. There'd be no race series for anyone if the organizer couldn't compete. Do you think Kolyana would have tested all the cars in the AMC just to make it as fair as possible and then not compete? I think it would have just been easier to do a writeup from it.

Some of the best series are organized because the person who created the series is one of the most inspired to run in such a series.

how dare you....accuse me of such things. of course i would never cheat in a series in which i wanted everyone to be treated equally, including myself. so, no i don't intend to cheat to make myself the winner...how can you think of such things.... :P

Like i said, i wasn't having a go at you, just experience has led me to be wary, thats all.
