I absolutely and totally agree with you! The GT series is about being an encyclopedia of cars, be they 60hp Japanese 'kei' cars, thundering 800hp Le Mans cars, or BMW 7 series limos.

Much as I enjoy driving the big HP cars, I find it very rewarding driving some of the low HP cars, because of the finesse needed to run decent times in them. I think it was a great thing that the Prius was in GT2, and all the weird little Daihatsus and Suzukis.

Cars are about a hell of a lot more than racing - they're about getting around, carrying stuff. I think the GT series does a great job in recognising that. Better than a lot of other car games, at any rate.
