Hey guys just kinda curious

Im reading the banned list

and can I drive a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IV GSR '96 ?

Which is Marked in red so doesnt that mean I can? as long as it doesnt have carbon hood or hood pins or odd color rims? and am I allowed to change the rims cause, If I can, I just wanna paint them black and also the car either black or Stock Red and keep the car stock including the muffler. I hope doog gives me the answer to this question.

Not sure how a pain in your mouth affects what your fingers can do. I can sympathize with the pain though.

Ahhh! I hate the time difference! It's 11PM here now, and I need to be at the hairdressers at 9AM tomorrow! Looks like I'll have to give the lobby a miss.
