Hello GTP! It's been a long wait for me to get here, but better late than never.I'm a new member, but have been watching for a while now, and realized how my photo skills were lacking. I just started tinkering with photoshop recently to try to improve my skills a bit. I hope I'm at least on track or on par.
All feedback welcomed!! Keep in mind, I'm no computer wiz, but learn quick...it's a miracle I made it this far. Thanks for having this car nut here at GTP!:)

So its finally up, well congrats and welcome. Let me start by saying your pics look great. I love the angle on the green camaro and the TVR. If you take some time to clean up the images and do a little editing they have allot of potential.
Looking forward to your next update, :)👍

Very cool, and has Observer said, maybe a little more Photonhanced (Photoshop enhanced), and they would be out of scale! But don’t rush yourself with Photoshop, take time, go slowly…well, maybe not that slow, but take time, see some tutorials, etc. etc.
Also, I am seeing that you need some help posting your pictures.

Thanks for the reply and encouragement. If you think I'm on track, I'll keep at it. I really do look up to you and your work. thanks again, shouldn't be too long for the next posts.

thanks for the kind words....I never thought about computer enhancements until recently...was just digging the game.Once I saw how much more could be done, I started learning photoshop. Self-taught, but learning.Tips and advice are always welcomed. I'll be at it this week for sure. thanks for replying.

Just a quick update.... still looking into more photoshop options and improvements. Kinda curious though, I've been using adobe 3.0 elements, although I have 5.5 pro as well. My computer system is basic to say the least, but I do have the 3.0 tutorial book/disc. I haven't done the assignments yet, but I do read it. Should I really go through it?
I have been busy this week with work/girl probs/and my bmx riding, but hope to post more this weekend. Thanks again for the support folks.

The shots are good however I think a slower shutter speed would benefit especially on the TVR shots they would look "sweeet" if they had a slower shutter speed or perhaps just giving them some motion blur using photoshop. Good work so far though, I look forward to seeing some more COPO...:sly:

EDIT: Just took one of your TVR shots into photoshop for a few minutes to try something. Thoguht you would like to see what I came up with...

Are you using superfine mode? Because some of the shot's almost look out of GT3. Still, nice job with the angles and location's themselves. Very nice start!

I believe i'm still set-up in superfine...is that the best mode? I went from GT2 to GT4, and never did get a-spec 3. Did that have a photomode? Thanks for the comments.

Speedster - thanks for the help. It's clear to see the difference..that's awesome stuff. I have been experimenting with slower shutter speeds recently in game, and 3.0 elements on my PC. Having an artists eye helps me some in composition, but my love of cars is what helps me capture a cars true form in photos. I hope to learn more about photoshop soon...haven't figured out the jaggies thing or blur yet.
definetly appreciate the assistance - thanks

I'm still trying to learn the "editing" side of photoshop, but starting to get comfortable enhancing the image quality. I've also been experimenting more with in-game effects, and having lots of fun with it.
Hope I'm improving, and hope you enjoy....thanks for visiting----comments always appreciated

note - I usually stick to production cars ! :)

Well i like the third photo as well. Looks very interesting......

I like the third photo as well. The first one would be nice if the blur was toned down a bit. The camera rotation and zoom is a bit much on the second shot.
I still like the first update a bit better, I mean those TVR shots where great.👍

THANKS - been trying new things....seems like all of my shots were looking like the TVR shots, I got lots of those. I'll try to find a compromise between the two.
thanks again for checkin' in on me......look for more soon 👍

I love the Skylines one 👍
The RaceCars and the Merc. Are also good, but the skyline is just awesome. I pity it is too small.
I would like to do a remix of that shot, is that possible? I’ll contact you by P.M.

Thanks for the encouragement...it's appreciated. Got in a hurry and forgot to post the larger images......sorry about that folks.I promise to post the links within the week. I have more photos of the skylines and 300sl to post as well. Thanks again

lds -- totally - will send p.m. -- 👍

just posted links to larger shot of the gullwing and skyline... will post more pics this weekend..really glad you like them.

lds - will send out photo soon .... promise

I like the first two shots, but it is a shame you did not upload the bigger versions.

Just got it sorted out...didn't post large shot for the 2nd race photo...didn't think anyone was into it. I will repost this weekend...and get it right hopefully.
Thanks for the support folks:tup:
