This is the official thread for the new race series i started for drag racers only. It is a circuit racing series for draggers. It will stop you from racing the pros in the other series. This is for a fun relief from drag racing. This will be a clean racing league but don't freak out if an accident occurs. There will be cautions to mix it up.
I will post the rest of the schedule when I get it finished. I am open to requests for tracks and cars. Thanks and this is for Draggers thats why its in the drag racing forum. Please contact me for any question either PM me or messege me on PSN.
Prizes are undecided as of right now but is sponsored by TRUE TUNERS DRAG TEAM
Rules
1. Friendly racing so dont freak out if something happens
2. All cars have all upgrades and are broken in
3. Race will start at 8:30 pm eastern time on saturdays
4. Qualifing will start at 8:00 PM EASTERN time

Qualifying
Qualifying will have a 8 minute free run. Then that order is used for the 3 lap sprint. But first and second will be determined by the times, while third and on is determined by a short shootout (like the Gatorade duel). I did this to mix it up. It will be two or three laps long.
Race format
There will be three heats. First heat is by qualifying position. Then secound heat is reverse order. While the third heat is determined by random draw.
Point System
This will have a point setup like Nascar
1st-16 points
2nd-15 points
3rd- 14 points
4th- 13 points
5th- 12 points
6th- 11 points
7th- 10 points
8th- 9 points
9th- 8 points
10th- 7 points
11th- 6 points
12th- 5 points
13th- 4 points
14th- 3 points
15th- 2 points
16th- 1 points
Then you get one bonus point for leading a lap and another bonus point for leading the most laps. This will keep it simple.
