In case of that photo , click on the Autumn Ring 1 link , then mouse right click , save as and it's done. At least on windows 7.

Try this :

Click on the image
Right mouse click
Big size (1024 x ???)
Right mouse click
Save as
Enter

Normally I do it like this and works :)
