Check out the "Harvey wallbanger" FF summer shootout elsewhere on this site. Tons of good tunes, and testers. (like me).

Oh, there are a lot of really fun FFs. I still miss my Integra on occasion. A friend of mine had a 97 Prelude that was a hoot. Another friend had an absolutely awesome RSX that I loved driving. I've also really enjoyed a couple of ancient Sentra SE-Rs and Escort GTs.

I also have fond memories of a friend's Golf. Not a GTI. A Golf. Stripped, lightened, with a cage, built engine, and a really expensive suspension.

Golf/GTI, Jetta/GLI anyone?

My Dads 2008 GLI is an absolute blast to ride in (can't drive yet).
VW found a near perfect balance between comfort and sportiness.
He can really throw it through the curves.
And two years from now, I'll report back on my personal driving experience. ;)

Someone needs more front roll stiffness. Must be a showroom class.

I've always been impressed by the 1st gen TSX but never had the chance to drive one. The way they hold resale value is simply stunning.

It's a good car. Looks sharp and clean, comfortable, quiet, feels really well made. In stock form it seems to understeer pretty hard. It's certainly a better car than the 2nd gen, which looks awful and is no longer as much fun to drive.

I went searching for the patented front-wheel-drive inside-rear-wheel-off-the-ground cornering photo. TSX came up, and I do really like the TSX, not as much as the RSX but still.

Interesting that Honda is making so many of the FWD cars that get ranked so highly.

I have one. The cornering abilities of the thing are pretty awesome. Summer tires help out a bit too.

But lift off in the middle of a corner and the rear end can still come around on you. Just ask Top Gear.
