Anything but. Just when you think it works on one page, it doesn't on another. Then when you fix it, all of the text appears on the right hand side of the web page on every single page. Fix that, then the colours suddenly change. Then the font, then the pictures change position, and so on.

You fix it and try it on a different browser. Then jump out the window.

Well, it is my job to use them (web developer), still never found them difficult. The "Cascading" effect may have a few gotchas but at least it is systematic.

Now fixing a sites layout that was using tables for layout...
