What is the main idea about those cars? I mean these people put bigger wheels and tires on their cars than then have to do less than 1 mph to get over a speed bump in fear that they will hurt them........who does this?

Astrophysicist. Has made numerous appearences on the Colbert Report, Jon Stewart and so on. He's a very funny and interesting bloke. Plenty of his lectures are on YouTube.
