That looks like little tunjuna canyon near los angeles. GREAT driving road (which is why you see so many bikers and nice cars). I used to take the RSX and then the BMW out there and blast around. Cyclists on that road are an absolute menace, often riding in packs of 30+ going crazy slow up hills around blind corners with steep dropoffs and nowhere to bail. It's like they want to get run over. "Hmmm, I think I'll do about 2 mph on a 40 mph road around a blind turn with no shoulder, a cliff face on one side and a cliff dropoff on the other."
A lot of motorcyclists struggle with that road too, not wanting to lean it over enough to really bank hard. I would often have to pass motorcycles.
