Her and Kirk are at least "being throw" the same direction. Everyone else, not so much.

If you tilt your head with the gif, it kinda looks like the ship is leaning and people are, for some reason, being pulled to the side. So kirk is climbing "uphill" if you will and holding on to the table to keep from being pulled by "gravity" to the left (which is nonsense, but hey, it's not the most unrealistic thing about that show). It's why kirk's leg goes up. So if you look at it from that perspective, everyone but Uhura is correct. She's acting like she's being thrown to the right.

Nice. Yes I could tell what you were saying. I believe kirk is supposed to be the only one fighting the direction. Everyone else gets taken off guard and thrown left. Kirk's leg goes up as if to indicate that he's being pulled left and is clinging to the table to prevent himself from falling left out of frame. Uhura is just doing an uncontrolled, hands in the air, oh noes I'm being thrown right, dance.

I think you guys are reading way more into it than it is.
I think each of them (apart from Kirk which was most likely told to go against that piece of furniture) just randomly went where they thought going at that moment. A few of them went the same direction as each other, that's it.
