The Game Crashed when I want to start the race

Hello there, I might need some help, the game crashes everytime since i want to boot it up and the CM told the error is this:

AC\physicsavatar.cpp (298): PhysicsAvatar::stepCommandQueue
AC\physicsengine.cpp (182): PhysicsEngine::step
AC\physicsdrivethread.cpp (246): PhysicsDriveThread::run

I've tried restart the PC 2x even shutting it down for a while and still not working, what am I supposed to do now then..? please help me
 
check integrity of game files on steam and change game launcher in CM from AppID to official
these 2 steps usually fix all problems
but if that don't help you then unfortunately I don't know
