Correct me of i'm wrong but isn't the NRG-500 faster then the FCR-900?I have only driven the NRG in the last bike school mission so i am not really sure but you would think that a racing bike would be faster.
The NRG seems to accelerate faster than the FCR and handles much better. The FCR didn't strike me as being that super fast unless you get it out on the open road.

KM.

^^ its true, I have spent hours on all the bikes in the game, while the FCR900 sounds the best, and may have a higher top end ( once you get there ) the NRG has razor blade handling, it almost "feel" like it is lighter and therefor, more tossable...and is WAY quicker than the FCR 900....NRG500 takes off like it was shot out of a cannon !

**edit** two versions of the FCR900 i have noticed ( have both in a garage ) once with a windshield, and one without. Kind of neat to add into the game !

So far the fastest car for me is a tuned Infernus (the NSX clone) with NOS. Mind bendingly fast. Funniest is a Rancher with NOS. Going cross-country with Nitros is mental! Probably the silliest is a tuned Greenwood with NOS....
A lot of the cars seem to be a mixture of Japanese and US types. The ZR 350 reminds me of an RX7 from the front and a ZX300 from the rear. The Elegy is a mix of different Sxylines, mainly the R32 and R34. The Sultan looks like a cross between a Lancer and Impreza. The Banshee (possibly my favourite) is similar to a RT-10 Viper and Shelby Series 1.
Sometimes I think this game is like a car version of Pokemon....gotta catch 'em all!

Oh, can you stick NOS on bikes?

Name: Freeway
What It Looks Like: Generic Chopper Bike
How To Get It: Towards the north end of Los Santos, seem to most common on the Freeways (duhurr).
My test Bike:Metallic Dark Red
Tuned At: Not Tuned
Tested in: Los Santos

Top End: Very Good for such a non-performance bike. If I had to guess I'd say between 130-140. Easily passes traffic. 7-10

Handling: Handling? In a hog? You wish.
Actually its not that bad considering what this bikes purpose is, and thats to look good. It understeers on tight corners but if you have to E-brake it you wont have a problem recovering the subsequent slide. 6-10

Cool Factor: This IMO is one of the better looking vehicles found in and around Los Santos. The reflections really stand out on the rear fender, which is good as thats the side facing you as you drive. I really like the way this looks in Black as well. 8-10

Durability: Well, It tends to display steam trails early on, but Ive yet to have one catch fire without good reason (like getting shot at alot). Since theres no body panels to scuff up , 8-10

Overall: If you dont care that its not a superbike, and dont feel like taking it up steep grassy hills, 7.5-10

I stand behind my review of the FCR-900.
The NRG-500 may or may not be faster, but its completely unnoticable at such a high end.

I didn't say the FCR had amazing handling. the NRG might have better, I don't really know.

If you disagree with the FCR review, thats your opinion. I think its pretty damn accurate.

^ like you said, its all point of view !! Yeah, I don't think the NRG is faster, but it is quicker..I didn;t mean to make in an attack, but a point of view.....cheers !! ( BTW you gotta do the Jester next !!!!!!! )

So far, the fastest car I've found is the Super GT.

It looks sort of like a Ferrari and it goes like stink. Of course I'm not out of Los Santos yet.

Order of occurance:
Elegy, Jester.
Those are the next two. I'll get em both done today sometime. I should get to work on the Elegy now..

Here's an incredible car that nobody has covered yet.

Name: Bullet
What It Looks Like: Ford GT40 (or Ford GT, no big difference)
What it takes to get: Can be found in San Fierro occasionally, seen on Las Venturas strip fairly frequently. Parked ouside of Turning Tricks if all golds on tests.
Tuned: Transfender
Tested In: San Fierro, countryside, desert

Top End: Simply godlike. Easily one of the fastest land vehicles in the game, it's massive top speed is only rivaled by that of the Infernus. I have not tested it yet with nos, but it won't take very long to really get this car going at ridiculous speeds with it's neck snapping acceleration. #2 fastest car in the game. 9.5/10

Handling: Outstanding. The car's low stance gives it excellent stability and roadholding ability. The car's handling is extremely well balanced, with slight understeer or oversteer depending on driving conditions/driving style. The only gripe I can find with the car's handling is the braking. Sometimes I will find myself just going into the shoulder or the grass if I take a downhill turn too quickly ona fast country road. But then again, brakes will never be good enough when you're going 150mph. 9/10

Cool Factor: It's a classic American design. A near perfect sports car with some of the smoothest flowing lines ever seen on a car. Put a red paint job with a big white stripe going down the middle, and you have one hell of a good looking car. Withit's combination of extreme performance and stunning beauty, this is one seriously cool car. 9.5/10

Durability: The Bullet's one major flaw. Going at the high speeds this car is capable of means you are bound to run into traffic or other obstacles. It won't take too many high speed collisions to set the car ablaze, not good for a car that is so tempting to drive extremely fast. Not only that, but even minor collisions creates huge damage to the body, ruining the car's looks. 3/10

Upsides: Exceedingly fast, handles like a good car should, extremely beautiful.
Downsides: It blows up easily...

Overall: Going fast never felt so fun, or looked so good. Just watch out for obstacles. It's only real threat is the mighty Infernus. 9.5/10

I don't knw hoe you guys are doing your reviews, or if your doing it like this.

I think I''ll do a review like R&T. I'll drive it around for about 2 GTA days, and then come back and let you guys know. Like road testing, Speed, small areas. That stuff. :)

Blake's on camp. He comes back tonight, should be back to posting tonight, too.

He'll be at my house on Saturday.

Anyway, good review on the Bullett. I love that car.

I've grown to dislike cars if I have the choice of a bike you can get there faster and they are not big so they're easy to manuver through traffic when you're in a hurry.;)

hey, this thread seems interesting. Is anyone here interested in thoroughly organizing this and maybe taking screenshots (using a tvtuner)? The whole "car review guide" could then be posted at bytesector.com. The only reason I suggest this is because the editor is asking me to follow up on my GTA review by trying to get him more material. His reasoning for asking me this was because my review generated enough traffic in one day to crash his server for 20 minutes.

i still havent seen a bullet yet.

my absolute favorite ride is the NRGx00 though. i forget the first digit. i think its 900 or 500.

motogp bike.

The 900 is the FCR900. And the Bullett can be found fairly easily around Las Venturas. Also, if you pass the Driving School 100%, it's parked out the front.

Yeah, I laughed when you told me that. Why don't you create a Thread about this, and include a link to your review, emad? Much better than asking everywhere, because some people only go to certain Threads. If people see you asking, then you will get answers from people who want to.

So go ahead and make a Thread. ;) (I flunked poetry, but that's a decent rhyme!)

I kind of agree, in fact, I find that my favorite vehicles are the BMX, because you can get around faster than anything else, due to the fact that you can jump over obstacles and take routes that cars and even motorcycles can't handle. The BMX can also take insane falls without damage.

I finally managed to get around to doing it.

Name: Elegy.
What it looks like: Mix between Skyline R32 and R34.
What it takes to get: You can find one basicly anywhere. I got mine out of Wang Cars because it was the closest.
Tuned At: Wheel Arch Angels
Test Car: Stock Gray
My actual car: Blue with Flames, full Alien bodykit, 10x Nitrous, Hydros, etc.
Tested In: San Fierro.

Top End: Pretty fast once you get it going, not exactly the fastest thing I've driven, but pretty fast. 7-10

Handling: Crap. Complete crap. Taking a turn out of an intersection by flooring it from a stop will spin the car. Oversteers like hell. Feels like a drift car that failed. At high speeds it doesn't really turn at all. Forget avoiding other cars without spinning out (Into other cars, I might add). 2-10.

Cool Factor: Because it's a Skyline looking car, everyone loves it. But it's not really that wonderful to look at. I don't see the big deal. 6-10.

Durability: Crashed it 3 times during first round of testing, black smoke. Durability is nonexistant in this car. 1-10.

Overall: Hype met with disapointment. It's not a great car at all. 5-10.

The elegy wheelspins like crazy, I drive it as a fun car too fool around in.

Yeah, I didn't enjoy driving it. The Sultan is a great car to drive. Might as well do a review on that, it's nice to drive.

Hey guys I need a little help finding a Euros can any one help?
Its the last car I need one an export list.

O and the Elegy is one of my faverits!
