You can't gift them or even sell them. Once they're in your garage they can't be removed.

There's a white F150 Lightning in my used dealer now. I can snag it if you want it. I'll take anything interesting in trade or something I can sell for 30k and get my credits back. hmm... Can you even sell gift cars? All new to me.
