No, they are not tradeable. But there are various other ways to obtain these.

Does anyone have a level 21 ticket they could donate to me? I'm trying to regain the cars I had before my file blew up.
 
Don't have a level 21 have 2,3,6,8,11,15,16,20,22,23,24 ticket1000,2010,1971,1967,1969,1970 if you want any those hit me a friend request with what you want lad and I'll send whatever you need mate.

Hey guys I'm looking for bright solid paints (LFA colours) and silver chrome, I have gold chrome and matte's and colour shifts, the ones I am after the most are ones like the LFA, Blu form the lancia stratos, french blue (any), lagunaseca blau, sassy grass green, fantasia grun, curious yellow, madagascar orange, electic orange, jaguar racing green, british racing green, hellblau, fresh blue.....any like these will do, I have all empty slots for cars too!

Fairly sure I just sent you three free ones? You could've created a sub account, sent one there, and then send yourself one from that account every day using the USB save trick 👍

2D is untradeable, and the NASCARs can be bought in the NCD :sly:

I have something I think a lot of people may want. Some of the transferable cars from PSP and they will be up for shared soon. I am making another account to put all of them up on shared if interested let me know.

I think i forgot need a list of them to look for too. I think i have forgotten about few.

They are able to drive online and offline.

actually this is a pretty damn good car for drifting, but i wrongly tuned it for race, so i need a new stock one
I can give the same car tuned to max, or you can tell me what car you want from the dealer up to 1mil

Where can I find this Gt Academy Version of this car ? There is just Gtr-Spec V '09 in my dealerships . Is it like a limited edition bonus car or something ? :)

I don't remember where i won it, but i've read that is for getting gold in all S license tests (they are pretty simple)
