Both classes go in order of points.

8 DP (people this season have priority next season. Only 1 car so no draft needed)

8 GT (draft in order of points)

And basic specs will be up Sunday/Monday with the spot race thread. The specs will be finalized after this race.

What happened to the list of Reserve drivers?
 
I'm still locked into DP by points correct? I'm 6th pick because of Lancer and resh swapped to gt from what I see not that draft order matters for DP.

And Dan, you didn't participate this season so it doesn't matter.

Anyways, we may not need any reserves in GT since we had a full grid almost every week.

Well I just wanted to know since I actually want to participate. Although I'm unsure what my schedule will be like in the following weeks.
 
That means I'm kicked out of Season 5 :(. Can I take safety car duties then?

Well I left a burger in the back seat. It's probably rotten and the car smells of death but if you really want to drive it you will have to take care of that LoL 👍

We might not have a pace car next season if there are 8 of both classes making it.
 
FH for the Nissan I'd say a BB of 5, 2 would be a good start. Increase/Decrease until you can only just brake without losing control. That'll give you the best braking performance.

Might be no GT reserve, Might be no Safety Car. If that happens I might return to getting my 🤬 whipped in DP.
 
How can one move forward if they avoid it.. We all started somewhere, you need to stop the negativity and just improve yourself..

When I joined GTP 2 years ago I stumbled on what we now know as PURE. I was very slow at first, in 111R RMs.. But I looked to guys like Wardez etc to see where I could improve, I even posted a lap of Le Sarthe to let them see where I lost time. Sure enough they gave sound advice and over time I improved, I still lack ultimate pace but I can now compete with guys I hadn't a hope of when I first joined.

Pre Rolex Season 4 Spot Race...Indianapolis.... You don't know what's bad until you saw me that night... (also the first time I loaded up the game :sly:)

If you need help with set ups, you can ask people or look around on the internet on forums. That's exactly what I've done and look where that has got me. I would've never done any better that night if I sat there whining to Damu and Storm about it :scared:
 
Monza would be a nice inclusion for S5.
 
I like that track also. But I think we had problems with cutting there.

1 of the advantages of being down the order; you get your choices cut down a bit :sly:
 
Yeah, last time we drove Monza in Rolex, a glitch in the lobby mid-way through the race caused everyone to disappear on each other's screens, and I think most of us could only see 1 DP car. It was weird, because I think we all had a different lone DP car that we could see. Ironically, I could only see myself and Anthony on-track during the glitch.

R0ss, I'm hoping you've practiced with the GT cars without ABS... some of the cars aren't so forgiving under braking. Tell ya what though, the Aston was brilliant with no ABS when I messed about with it in pre-season last season...
 
I should get the base specs done today and get a spot race thread up tomorrow :)
