Yes. Yes it is. Williams doesn't know what he's missing out on.

Remember ITCC Season I? Not a Japanese Kei car in sight. But, quite a few tempers in sight. :sly:

Explanation to you, Williams: Tsukuba is a favourite among us, because it's the best place to recreate Bristol. Every race there ends with "are you seriously using your bumper for that?"

So, any time you want to tell a joke about someone driving like a madman, you say "Oh, yeah, I remember Tsukuba."

Hey, I got my first win of the season there :).

I know its a week away but is anybody up for maybe having our own version of the Roar Before the 24 next weekend?

Hey, I'm down! Conti specs? Rolex time?.... Sounds like a plan!!!

I almost did. Anyways, still not Rolex.

Does anyone object to me being the safety car driver? Except EliteDreamer, that is.

Unless we get 16 legitament sign ups, no.

Is five letters too much to ask?

You know, unless you want to sound like a weathered WWII veteran, disrespectfully mentioning the Japaneseanese.

Last time I checked ROLEX doesn't = NASCAR.

He's mucking about with ya.

Should we give Motegi a go for the first preseason?

Absolutely if enough people have it.

I think it'll be fun. Lets try it! If my enough people have it, we can do two short races.

I've got motegi. I'm game.

I don't have it. :( :grumpy:

I'll claim the Japanese nationality after last seasons record. So, who was going round calling us Japanese's huh? :sly:
Maybe we try kart space 2?

Top Gear Test Track.
It's fun when you are queuing up for a round of League and have no time to post . :D

You know, me and ghs have gone toe-to-toe many times; but this ain't one of them. Of course, my avatar doesn't exactly help (Google: Eir Stegalkin, actually I just did and there's already cosplay and ... never mind, the rules have been obeyed. Don't do it. This is some untainted and some decent content). But I will never be claimed from another Friday night / Saturday morning I think. I personally haven't played LoL, but GT5 vs Massive Online PC Games?

I don't have it. :( :grumpy:

To be fair, would you be able to make it? I'm up for Motegi.

Possibly. Weekends are a mess for me and can be difficult when it comes to GT5. I'm already "participating" in ToCA and WSC, I don't even know if this could fit in.

ToCA happens a lot earlier in the day. The time frames are entirely different on those series. I'm not sure about WSC, but, does Furi normally host races at midnight in his timezone? 💡

I can attest to the schedules because polarbear's in ToCA before ITCC, ITCC, and then Rolex on Saturdays. So, it basically goes in that order.

That is 100% what it looked like too. Which is scary enough in itself.

No offense Ghs, but holy cow.. Is that really too much fun to not race for 2 hours on a Saturday?

Forgot to answer.

I have other things in life other than LoL, but nowadays I have to get out of the house often on Saturdays, and it conflicts with Rolex schedule. Sundays are my only real game days now. Plus, GT5 has gotten stale to me with (for me) game freezing, bugs, errors, crashes, etc. to the point where I'd rather play a stable, fun game for my sanity. I still love racing, but GT5? Not really anymore.

Speaking of bugs, see below:

Plus cba to set up my wheel (move desk, add carpet, wires, etc. etc.) on Friday and then remove it Sunday. My room gets cluttered due to it (I have a small room).

I prefer Cape Ring South for a preseason test race. It's not very wide, but there's a great combination of corners.

I just realized, I was leading (!!) the race in the photo ghs posted!

Talk about going crazy with the posting, guys.... Sheesh! Into the wee hours of Monday morning too? Who does that? :sly:

I prefer Daytona oval for our pre-season race. Its wide enough to race 3 wide all the way around it.

Only if it's destruction derby :sly:

Daytona oval- with bus stop...

NOTHING could go wrong!

As long as we have both classes driving in the opposite direction.

Hi guys...looks like we are going to have a good season, I hope so. I didn't enjoy last race because my broke wheel but, the DP class, with 8 drivers is going to be a hard challenge. Only have one doubt, DP is going to race at 601hp or 611hp...?, anyway I keep thinking you have to increase the hp of GT class, on turns are very similar (DP and GT), but on the straight the difference is terrible!!

It's 601. The only 2 tracks where it will be such a big deal are the rovals, so that's only 2 rounds out of the year. I think we can be careful in those rounds, because damu enlightened me that we can't just add 10 horsepower to each GT car and the specs all still be good. I'm taking his word on it because I don't race GT.

The specs as they are for GT are even. I think I mentioned before that every car at Indy, from slowest to fastest, are separated by half a second between them. Not only that, it makes MORE sense to lower the bhp on the DP Class, simply because everyone in DP is using the same car.

Both my series are 7pm to 10pm GMT timezone. Thats 2pm to 5pm EST?

Yes. And ITCC starts at 5 PM. Then, this series opens its practice for about 6 PM. That gives ITCC this perfect, small window of time.
