Congrats panoz and tez, was another tough race but glad I finished the way I was, was really struggling keeping 3rd with tbw not far behind hehe xD

Sorry for the racing incidents guys. I wasn't expecting the brake markers to be gone after just the first lap. Once I get stuck behind the Camaros it's done. I can eventually get past them but then they just bomb passed me on the straights. Sorry about the dc. I don't know what happened in the last week but I've never had any problems until now. I'll try to get it fixed again this week. :/
Just remember this race for when you get to Laguna Seca. markers at the first and last corners get demolished within a matter of laps, and the race is much longer, so get a feel of braking points rather than rely on markers. Dude, I promote deliberately bunking off the marker in practice to get used to it.

As for your car, that tune has you losing speed on the straights. I was pulling away on the staights in the same car as you when I joined. I reckon your camber is too high. I increased 0.1 on my rear camber in the AM for the race, and boy I lost straightline speed from such a minor change.

All I can say on the incidents and corners cuts; relax. Best thing to do in the early laps is get used to where everyone is likely to brake, and which lines they'll use, and what strengths/weaknesses you can use to your advantage. You can focus on making your moves on people once you've found that out.

I'm now doing Maths homework and watching F1 (now the support races :D) after that I'll work on the race report.

We have 3 different support races, V8 Supercars, Porsche Carrera Cup and The Celebrity Challenge, :).

Good race to everyone. My lag is terrible right now for whatever reason. Also, our new pace car driver needs a pat on the back too ;)

Points!

That maybe true but the Camaro is really fast on the straights. When I was watching some of last week's race the Camaro was leading by a few seconds and its top speed by itself going into turn 1 was as fast as the 3rd place car that was in a draft.

Sorry for missing, had a bit of an emergency. :scared:

Won't be racing here any longer. JSTC is starting up next week. I would have made it today but Sebring was on.

Yea, like 3 people skipped because of Sebring xD

You're welcome to race when you can :)

Sebring was a good gt race. The Delta wing did pretty much as expected. No interest in the P1 race. My team, Dyson, failed, and Audi should've been in their own class as well. P2 was half-decent until the 01 went out. PC wasn't given enough air time for me to know what was going on. Same with GTC. I was hoping for a Viper victory. Farenbacher and Dalziel could absolutely fly in that car.

What happened to the DeltaWing? When I was able to catch a few minutes here and there I noticed on the leaderboard across the top all it said was fire.

The engine pooped out. If I was an engine in a car that looks like a Johnson, I'd probably poop out too

That car is as ugly as Oregon's basketball court.

That car is as ugly as Oregon's basketball court.

I think its uglier than that with the closed top. It looks like it caught the plague.

Audi in the race, would've been more like an insult then a race . I'm more of a LMP/DP guy however GT is awesome too :).

cnd01, you go fir Dyson, I go for Muscle Milk.

The F1 race gonna start.....I am exited!!

I was pulling for the #97 Aston Martin and the #91 Viper. Too bad it ran into bad luck from a PC car getting pushed off by a GTE. Also saw a lot of bumping and beating in the LMP classes and didn't see the cars fall apart. 👍 bodes well for #thefuture.

I lost interest a bit because vettel is already far ahead :scared:, they need to return fuel stops.

No he's not anymore :D, go the Prancing Horse.

Hey polar, my brother (brayden908) wants to join as a GT Reserve :).

Don't know, but did I dc before or after fh parked?

I need to start eating dinner before the race if I plan to finish any races. Wife gets upset if we dont sit down and eat together as a familly. I wish I had the balls to show her a "deal with it" meme.

I didn't even bother watching tbh, but I was rooting for "not Audi" in P1 and "not Scott Tucker" in P2.

EDIT: Oh boy.

If anyone's done practice for SSR5, anything in the 1:23's should be enough.

Senna was quick in the aston. Milner drove tge wheels off the vette getting it back on the lead lap.

Way too much blocking for me. I thought the DP drivers blocked too much, but multiple swerves down tge straights is ridiculous. Paul Walters should penalize blocking more than his b.s. avoidable contact. I'm also not a fan of the gtc cars running about as fast as the pc cars in a straight line. Thats a recipe for disaster.

GT is GT2 not GTE (As when GT2 was the only GT class left (before GTC raced full time) they renamed GT2 as GT), or is GTE and GT2 the same thing?
