"Manufacture de Voitures des Sport" - however the logo of the maker is an oval, split into three parts (outer two are red, middle is blue) with a hawk, a gauntlet and the word "Venturi" in the middle section.

French people are weird...

Yeah, you're right, but you cheated! Anyway, I figured no one would recognize Vemag because it was a small manufacturer in Brazil. They were bought by Auto Union, which was bought by VW, and now their old factories make VWs in Brazil.
