I know I'm not the only one crazy enough to try drifting these bathtubs, so
everyone feel free to post your VW SambaBus drifting pictures here!

If there are enough of us out there I would love to start a Bus only drifting lobby one night!

This first batch of pictures are myself and APM-ValiantThorr having an online drift off.

Could be actually as I do have the Maserati - just used the first black looking colour I had handy so not sure exactly what it is.

The cars are fully tuned for max power and minimum weight, comfort hard tyres on front and back.

I'm no expert at drift setups and still haven't experimented to find the best combo for this beast but when these photos were taken I know I had these settings:

Suspensions settings
Ride height -60 on both
Spring rate 6 at front 7.5 at back
All dampers set to 4
Anti Roll bars both 1
Front Camber 1 Rear Camber 2.5
Front Toe 0 Rear Toe 0.2

Transmission settings
max speed 180kph

That's about it but like I said I'm no expert so let me know if you find better setup. Good luck and post some pics of your efforts!

Thanks for the setup i'm no Drifter myself but i'll give it a go i've got 2 Tuned Buses one with everything and one with the Stage 2 turbo instead of the Stage 3

I'll let you know the results 👍

this is awesome. i contemplated buying the bus because I had absolutely nothing to do with it other than take pics in photo travel. I have now found why I need to buy one. Thanks for making me waste money on something just to take pics. haha!

So I played with some suspension settings last night and may have gone a little crazy

But even with that setup nothing stops the Mighty Drift Bus from getting slideways!

Yeah took me a bit of practice to get really good looking drifts going but patience will reward you.

Oh I didn't get a chance to try the maxed out setup you sent me but I will definately give it a go sometime, I really want that tub to roll or at least onto two wheels!

Oh and how's for Stupid I changed from the High Range Turbo to the Mid Range Turbo and now its making 210 BHP
