I am an athiest so i do not believe in any cods wollop bring on the devils and give me 666hp im not affraid, maybe you need to buy an xbox and forza or maybe a new life. Why does everything in the world have to revolve around religion just enjoy the game for what it is and stop pressing pause.
 
Is this "The Place" For This? Hmm. So since we've played the game since it's release, now we have to look for $h1t like this in order to justify our displeasure with the game. So what's next? I find it Juvenile that a question like this would be asked without doing the necessary research. Invest your time in something positive... Like hugging trees or feeding the hungry. This really isn't the place for the debate over religion or lack thereof and I could easily see this becoming exactly that, which is why I have tried to make only lighthearted remarks on the topic. Believe what you want but forcing it on others is the sort of thing that leads to genocide or, at the very least, homicide by those who just don't want to hear it.
 
If you listen to the intro of Gran Turismo 5 backwards, it repeatedly says "All hail the Nissan GT-R." :lol:

Yeah it's no fun being a relatively moderate Christian in these times of internet slander by the ignorant, aided in no small part by b******t posted by eyebrow raising morons bent on twisting things to suit their own blinkered, fundamentalist views.

Imagine how people who suffer at the hands of those trying to force their beliefs on them feel. Clearly, the internet isn't intended for everyone.

The Amish have message boards too, but they're made of wood and have posts such as "Wanted: Wagon" rather than complaints.

I don't have anything against your beliefs, but know that I also don't want to hear about them.

PS - in my experience, the internet is where Atheist fundamentalists tend to try to force their views on those otherwise affiliated.

I took it to be one based on humor and until recently only posted in that spirit.
 
IMHO Religion is the biggest con going.

3 stoners drop some lsd & have an immense trip, write it down, then someone finds it & decides to add to it, then shows it to their mates who embelish it further & we end up with what we have.

As some comedian said a few years ago: "the most important page of the bible is missing, it`s page 1 that says `the chatacters & events portrayed within these pages are totally fictitious & any similarities between people living or dead is totally coincidental`"

You`re born, you exist for an amount of time, you peg it.

Nothing more, nothing less.

If you believe otherwise, you are a weak-minded fool.

Give me 100% undeniable scientific evidence/proof & I might just change my mind, but until that happens, to me, it`s the biggest load of BS ever invented.

This post is my personal opinion & is not intended to cause offence.

Faith and proof are incompatible. The crux of any atheist vs theist argument right there, but it's ok. My belief shouldn't alter what you have for breakfast, and vise versa.

Calling people weak minded is a bit OTT though, I might call you that for not having the capacity to envision what is beyond what you can sense, and you'd be right in being offended. If only people on both sides of the argument could see that, well there'd be fewer problems.

I think they are familiar with 666. One of the rock songs in this game says you can't be the 666. It seems consistent that alot of the powerful people are link with the 666 power. Just research illuminati on youtube.

What I meant by weak minded was that people are easily led, meaning they have no/little free will & believe anything that people tell them at first glance, without the foresight to look deeper before `accepting it as truth`

I completely agree with you there. Too many people refuse to read and learn from history, and are completely prepared to take hysterical rubbish as "fact" as a consequence.

I`m glad that you, being the believer worded it that way, as I wanted to, but chose not to, as I didn`t want to risk kicking anything off.

I`m glad we have some common ground, even though we are on opposing sides of the fence. :)
