The NUR Skyline

the NUR is the M spec NUR which was the last batch of R34 GTR skylines, they are the best R34 GTR's made (not incuding nismo and other tuning company cars). yes they are 4WD
 
They also made VspecII NURS. only 1000 The main difference in the NUR spec is the engine. Blah I'm late for class, just read this:

24th January 2002, Nissan released GTR V-specII Nür. / M-spec Nür. for the final spec of GTR34.
This model is named after the famous track "Nurburgring" where the GTR's were develpped as a token of Nissan's gratitude and reverence to Nurburgring.
Nurburgring is the best place to develop the GTR's including GTR32, GTR33 and GTR34 that the car try to realize the "Ultimate Driving Pleasure".
V-specII Nür./M-spec Nür. has N1-based Engine. N1-based engine is the homorogation engine for the Super Endurance Race(Gr.N).
The Super Endurance Race's regulation is very stricted for its modification, but the N1-based engine enabled to produce up to 330kW(450ps).
This reliable engine provided 50 straight victory in the category.
And this N1-based engine for Nür. edition has gold coloured head cover and it shows this engine is very special.
You can feel difference between this special balanced engine and the other RB26DETT.
This engine will be delivered to only 1,000 owners.
This model is the limited edition of 1,000 and they were sold out at the day of press release.

The remarkable difference between the standard RB26DETT engine and this special engine is material of the turbochargers.
Nür. edition uses N1-based roller bearing metal turbochargers instead of the standard ceramic turbochargers.
This turbocharger provides remarkable performance at high revs compared with standard turbochargers.
Further, Nür. edition has N1-based reinforced engine block, N1 based reinforced piston and con-rods, N1-based piston rings, N1-based oil pump, N1-based water pump, N1-based exhaust manifold and N1-based reinforced intercooler rubber hose.
Furthermore, this engine is hand made at the Nissan racing engine division(NISSAN KOHKI), and they uses balanced pistons, conrods and crankshaft.
It is very similar scheme to making racing engine.

Nür. edition has not only exclusive engine but several exclusive equipment.
At first, Nür. edition has 300km/h full-scaled speedos. Nissan used the same speedos during the test in Nurburgring.
The exclusive emblem is given for Nür. edition.
The standard emblem is just sticker, but this Nür. emblem is 3d cast.
Further, Nür. edition has gold coloured VIN plate instead of standard blue plate.

M-spec Nür. has several different equipment from V-specII Nür..
At first, M-spec Nür. has hand made leather interior instead of standard fabric interior.
Especially for fron seat, the shape is similar to standard one, but the softness is totally different.
This seat was also tuned for excellent combination with M-spec suspensions.
And M-spec Nür. has exclusive confortable suspension called "ripple controlled suspension" and softer stabilizer.
