Like Revheadnz said, it could be a 288 GTO, its not a Stratos. It doesn't look quite right for a 288 GTO, although it seems to have the high GTO mirrors. Its more likely to be a wide arched 308 GTB - the wheels are too deep dished for the wider-tracked 288. The GTO wheels are fairly flat and un-dished.

I'm not actually convinced that is a Turbo - there's no flared arches, no spot lamps, and the spoiler doesn't look quite right. No, the stripes on the side say that is even rarer: an original, contemporary, Alpina tuned 2002 (possibly Ti or Tii but difficult to say). Good spot!
