I'd be tempted to say it's British. It has a British flair to it, an Astonness about it.

Although it could also be a Spyker.

It is a Veritas RS3...link to a site with pics from yesterday. You can make out the name on the back in the last pic. The person who took these says they closed the ring' 10min early for this thing and there was a helicopter recording it's lap.
