Very nice!

The original shot was already outstanding to begin with, it sure helps a lot. 👍
Love the tones you got on the rear window, mainly the sky blue.

The ground is a bit weird, but it would take a considerable amount of time to get it right, considering how badly textured it was from the game.

I think having a good shot to start with is vital, it makes the editing process much more pleasant. As u said the ground is hard to get just right, but I see you have no problems with that. ;)
Thanks for the visit and the helpful comments. :)

That's really nice man, I like the color of the car after you edited it. The reflections look superb as well.

Is the car the Nuvolari(spelling?)?

Yes it is the Audi Nuvolari, its a hard car to edit, you always feel as if the car can be made better. I must say I really like your work as well.
Thanks for stopping by and commenting. :)👍

Nice work, but in the edited shot I like the angle, along with the colors.
Short and to the point as always, thanks for dropping by. ;)👍

that audi update is perfect!!! i love the shine and the reflections on the car, and the rims are so damn niiiice!!! the viper's a bit blurry, but still looks good. brilliant angle on it too. not a big fan of the rims, but i rather see the big picture if you know what i mean.
those are actually migle millia rims :D worth like $500 with tires, but i guess if it's on a viper it would become nice. the RX7, now....my goodness! the first photo: Sooo niice!! you drove me nuts on how you did that now. for once it doesnt look pasted on or anything. i've always wanted to do that for one of my updates, most i can manage was carbon fibre and putting cf - patterned vynil effect on a Euro R. i gota try that out one day, now the one with the caption "where did i put my keys" i'll take as a funny insult  because i used to lose my keys and lock myself out of my own car before, i did that lots before :D but yeah those are beautiful. specially the side view shot. it looks like something that a person would take a photo of in a florida, on a nice summer sunset. very well done. keep up the good work!!

PS: dont sweat the suggestion :)👍 just pass it along to other people when you have any. it's what we do here :) i still have to say, that audi, with the lighting and all, looks so realistic. not to mention the tones. hope to see more like that from you in the near future.

I'm soo glad you like them, any other suggestions? :D
I used those rims because I didn't want too much 'flash' in that shot, I figure its best not to overdue things like putting flashy rims on an already flashy car, know what I mean?. Thanks so much for your input! as for the technique like as I said before its just a play with lighting and layers till it looks right, just try playing with color layers and using a color dodge blend. Hope that helps. :dunce:
About the suggestion, I try to give credit were its needed I wouldn't of thought about that shot if you hadn't suggested it, thanks again.
Your visit is always much appreciated and thanks for the comment! :dopey:👍

Wow, I love the color boost of the edited one, and a good cleaning too. Keep it up
I tried that 'body line' technique and ... it comes out a little worse in terms of choppy edges... thanks allot for the attempt to help though! :dunce:👍 I'll keep trying it till I get it right but its no breeze.
Anyways thanks for the visit and comment, much appreciated. :D

Another attempt:

Wow, these shots are stunning:tup:, I love the angles you have used, they really show of this cars lines well:tup:.
You have done a cracking job at editing them also, the first shot is much more 'alive' after you brightened it up and gave it a colour boost:tup:.

My favourite though has to be the most recent one, that angle is amazing and the overall shot is stunning:tup:

cheers

Tommi:)

I don’t see how…maybe you are doing something wrong…oh well.

I love this update. The sense of speed, the color, the composition. But the radial blur doesn’t seem to be quite right. It is a little high, making the road to climb. In spite of that detail, good update, though.👍

There's alot of action in that shot, very pleasing to the eye. Nice angle too. My only complaint is the car is a bit blurry. Most notably on the grill and towards the end of the car. Other than that great work.👍

Thanks guys I'm really glad you guys find the effects appealing.
Tommi2000 - Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to check out the pictures! 👍

Lds - I see what you mean about the zoom blur, I'll try to get it more accurately next time, Thanks for the heads up. :)

Loon - If your talking about those white streaks over the grill I noticed them myself they were in the original shot, when I tried to take them out I could not get the fill right and so I decided to leave it as it was, but thanks allot for the comment and I'm glad you liked the overall effect. 👍

I really like this one, feels somewhat fresh.
The lens flare on the glass is a bit too strong, but it doesn't look bad. All in all, it is a hard car to work on and get it to look clean and nice, because it's very badly textured and modelled, lots of flaws to start with. The small glows on the grille and Audi logo look nice, and like LdS sais, the blur is b bit off, as in the road's not 'moving' in the exact same direction the car is.

Only one more thing: Try to vary your photo locations or it can get 'overdone' at Beacon Hill. You surely have the skills to pull out great track shots. 👍

so damn nice! lens flare is a tad much, but not to worry. i think you should of used a burn tool over it or something, just because the car is under the shade. still a very good shot!

your right this car was a pain to work on, no matter what I did I always felt like I was missing something. Thanks allot for all the helpful advice, and I'm glad you think I have got some potential it means allot coming from someone with your reputation, thanks.:)

Seems everyone feels that the flare was a bit much, but any less and it just didn't have the effect... I'm glad you like it though, thanks allot for all the comments on this and the previous updates. :)👍
I'm working on another update, so more to come soon. :)

--nice choice of car, and incredible work on the photo....I like the 1st parked shot better than the 2nd. Looks like your on your way to being the next MOGLET ( one of my heroes )...keep it up...I'll be posting soon:tup:

Three more.

The first shot is really cool. The car angle and the flames are really well done. You Shouldn’t put so much noise though. But it is very cool nevertheless.

The second one, when I first saw, I was about – wow, what’s that? – But, when I enlarged it, I didn’t stay so happy with the result. There is something that seems wrong. Did you paste the car from another picture, or the car is from the same picture has the rest of the shot? Maybe it is the effect that is making it, but it looks like the car is floating and it is out of scale. It looks like it doesn’t belong on the picture.

But Great update, nevertheless, and you gave me some inspiration, to a new panel/picture 👍

On the first picture I fixed as much of the noise that I could just now and re-uploaded it.
The Corvette is still in its original picture the background is just skewed and slightly resized. I can kinda see what you mean, but I tried to make the car stand out more I guess I over did it. :indiff:
Either way it was a concept I wanted to try for a while.
Thanks for the comment, looking forward to your update. :)👍

I think i'd agree with everybody else, that Subaru shot is stunning:tup:

Love the contrast between the orange and the grey, and the mood of the shoot. It is very cool. (Let me guess the track – Hong Kong – right?). I also like the smoke on the front of the car. A not to exaggerated smoke 👍

Has I want, and you have potential to be one of the bests, I have to point out what I see it is a little…meh…in the shot, for you to correct or remember that detail in the next update.: the rims. The wheel spin don’t quite seem right. You know, you can take a shot of the car with the maximum shutter speed and then with the radial blur, fake the wheel spin.

And the car is a bit motion blurred. I kind of like it, because it guides a sense of speed, and that rear ghost part of the car, really completes that sense, but, the inconvenience of this is that the car lose details.

Of course, this is all based in my opinion

Hope you continue the good work 👍

Your right, the shot was taken at Hong Kong. About the rims, I see what you mean but I kinda like it the way they are. your right about the blur though, as always your opinions are much appreciated, I'm still exploring the possibilities and characteristics of each effect... so criticisms are welcome :)
Thanks Lds.👍

Sorry to bug you guy, but just how do you get that background to be black & white while the car in full color? Are you stayin within the playstation or are you messin with photoshop or something?

Its no bother really. There are many ways to do it, if your on photoshop then you just use the sponge tool. With any other program you could take two separate shots while in GT photomode, one black and white and the other in color and blend them. Or desaturate the whole picture and use the history brush to restore color to any part of the picture. (photoshop)... hope that helps...

PERFECT.
I really LOVE the sky. It is so clean, and the paste color.
The car is very clean to, very detailed and metallic look.
You could have had a little noise in the road and overall, but it is great 👍

I see. But you can't just use your playstation by itself to get those effects, can you? If you can...i must be missing something cuz i thought i got photomode down pat.

I think the noise is a great idea, I'll keep that in mind on my next shot. Thanks for the comment and helpful tip! 👍

Nope, you cant do it without using an editing tool...

Nice and sharp shot, good work man..
Check my latest update out too
