The One Track That You Would Delete In GT5?

I wouldn't delete any of them. The more variety the better, even if a track is "boring" to some people I can always find a car that will make it fun

Agreed this is like the thread 5 cars you dont want in GT6 more content is better i never have understood why people would remove things.

I agree that more tracks should be added but with the addition of Willow Springs, Silverstone and hopefully Bathurst (They have laser scanned it) it should help.

If I HAD to remove a track, I'd remove London.
I do not like London. At all. Not a fun track for racing, not a fun track for cruising.

Why exactly?
Overused
Yeah that is a good idea, remove the coolest track in the game. Thankfully that will never happen.
For me it's the worst track and sadly that will never happen.

I say worst track not because the track itself is that bad, it's because certain people made it bad.
A majority of casual players hate the track because you actually have to drive the track and can't just mess around.
This doesn't even come close to my reasons. :)

I wouldn't delete tracks per se, but I think some could do with a redux. Such as London and Rome, with new layouts throughout the cities since both tracks are boring as hell.

As a professional courier, I have to disagree. City streets are my playground...

Special Stage Route 7 and Route X. Who uses the speed tests anyways. I doubt there are many people that sign on GT5 and say:"I'm going to spend my day doing speed test, that'll be fun!" And to settle the drag racing argument, why doesn't PD just add a drag strip in a fictional location. That way he doesn't need to go through all of that legal junk and the players who want to drag race get a strip they can race on.

A lot of people use the Special Stage Route 7 for cruising.

I wouldn't delete any tracks as a lot of people said. I would add like 30 more if I could.

This.

It's hard to pick just one, seeing as how they have so many annoying tracks here. SSR5 they ruined the scenery, Rome they ruined the layout, Motegi and Tsukuba are boring (and Tsukuba is overused as well), London is overused online despite being highly unsuitable for online racing, Cape Ring is likewise unsuitable and overused, and is just generally stupid anyway. Monza is a boring track ruined with chicanes, the last refuge of the uncreative track designer, and the fact that no one uses the non-chicane version turns online races into a horrible tragedy. Fuji was fine until it got Tilked to death.

 You're playing GT, not NFS. Speed testing is very necessary, especially if you have certain needs to be met or would like to dig in a little deeper into how to tune the ideal transmission. Everything that's in the game is there for a specific reason; whether it's photo mode (you'd be surprised how many people complain about it) or even the history cards you get when you log in. It's all relevant...

White & Nerdy? Don't forget very, very critical.

I wouldn't eliminate any track, but I would love a rehashing of the grip surface on Eifel Circuit...it's just really funky feeling to me.

every custom made track because when you create a custom track and you use it for online racing, you would have the advantage to win every race because you would know the track better then anyone.

Unless it's been randomly generated while the lobby is running, in which case no one knows the track (which is probably not laid out in a very intelligent way) at all and the whole thing is a massive exercise in failure.

I am pretty sure what the OP means with this thread is just for us to say which tracks we dislike the most in GT5, just personal opinions.

Saying that you wouldn't delete any track from the game because "it's nonsense", "the more variety the better", or "while we don't like it some others might", despite those reasons being true, I believe they're not quite the replies the OP is looking for.

Ummm... Monza (with chicanes) is one of the classic current F1 circuits IRL & is well loved by the drivers... 👍

I would delete one of the Chamonix tracks, just for the fact that I barely touch any snow driving, despite the fact that I'm not to bad at it. I doubt many other people do snow driving either. It's fun for sure, but underused.

Tsukuba, it's boring and people always feel the need to place it in every possible racing series.

Not to mention the pitroad is glitched up.

I don't really care for London Normal but I've really been enjoying London Reverse lately. Funny - same track, different direction.
