Qualifying Race: 3 laps (racing softs allowed)

Main Race: 15 laps, 1 warm-up lap ,so 16 laps in total, 1 compulsory Pit stop (racing medium tyres)

Tuning is allowed. 590PP max

Medium racing tyres on main race, qualifying race can be driven on racing softs, fuel and tyre wear and damage is on.

I've just done some testing and my best laptime so far with my current setup is 1:13.418. But there is also some improvements that could be made in the driving alone and even more improvements to be found in the setup. Just so I can have an idea of what to expect at the race, what laptimes have people been doing?

1:13,7xx with 580PP.
but i don't want to change the exhaust.

but it's not all about fast laptimes, if you're "burning" your tyres in the first two laps down, then you won't be in the top 3...

So pay attention on HOW YOU DRIVE,
if you want, i can PM you a setting for less overstear, and a more stable car.
 
With some setup changes, I've done 1:12.849 and I've really pushed this car to it's limits. And I don't blame you for not wanting to change the exhaust either because it sounds absolutely terrible with aftermarket exhausts :yuck: .

I still reckon I could make up more time with more setup changes though.

Nah, I'm not one for cheating. Good racing today, but I spent quite a while on the setup of the car and I also done 1:12.xxx during the practice before the race in the lobby 👍 .

EDIT: Why was there only 3 people racing today :odd: ?

the last race , the camaro rm cup, there were only Driverman447 and me racing.
that was pretty boring.

the thing is, this team is pretty new, 2 months, and we don't have so much members at the moment.
So, i opened some recruiting lobbies, to get members.
 
Well, I feel better today so hopefully some good racing will be possible. Did you get new members?

no. I waited an hour. people entered the lobby, and directly left it again.
It gets frustrating...

I'll post some pictures of the GSX-R/4 race yesterday. was great.

I saw in the replay, that your pit crew weren't even ready as you came into the pits
I was the only on who crashed without getting damaged. Pure luck! And MSTER232 crashed on his last lap, he nearly "slided" into the pits...
That race was better than the Camaro RM race.

I made probably one mistake when I understeered in the corner after the first tunnel. The crash I had on the last lap wasn't my fault, I set the suspension a little too stiff I think. And lucky I didn't go into the pits or that would have been my race win over :indiff: .

yes. this car is touchy as hell, I cant drive on the "Karussel", and "Schwalbenschwanz" on the Nordschleife. It just spins around.
