I have heard from deep in the trenches that the moderators don't get paid at all, in fact some actually give blood.
This whole business of T-!2 making money hand over fist is lies - actually there is rumour of bread and water and occasional whippings, instead.
With this in mind I thought I might take up a small 'hat collection' as it were, for T-12; I think it's fitting after all his hard work to give him a small token of our appreciation.

I was thinking of getting him something like this:

@Terronium-12 - this doesn't mean they don't love you and appreciate all the hard work. It's just stinginess or something like that, please forgive them and continue to do the wonderful job you're doing.
Don't go by the number of comments left in your columns - there must be ten times more than that that read - I am one of them.
In fact this thread was sort of my BIG comment on how much you contribute - but as you can see sometimes we have to slave for the totally unappreciative. And stingy.
