Whats the mpg's?
How long's a piece of string?
The Imp dates back to a time when mpg figures were never really tested for or published. From what i can see from a quick google, a 875 Imp could be expected to get you 35mpg. Of course, the car in question could be lighter, it could be much more aerodynamic, it could have a higher state of tune engine, it could have totally different gearing - so who knows?
I'd love to be strapped into that thing when it flips over doing 65 on the freeway.
Good points. 35 mpg is amazing. I'd love to have that for the car that sits in my drive waiting to be fixed.. Sadly its american muscle from the 60's and gets about 12 mpg.![]()
Sadly? If you're worried about the mileage then why'd you get whatever car you have in the first place.
I think it's pretty cool, but the 'jet' seems pretty pointless.
I don't think anyone is in the wrong for wishing for more gas mileage, no matter what they drive.Sadly? If you're worried about the mileage then why'd you get whatever car you have in the first place.
