it is painted.

the game don't remove the stripes anymore, you just need to find the right tone of blue, if it is too light, the stripes get black.

Man this thread has me aching for some gt6. Perhaps it's causing I'm itching to get this game, or perhaps it's cause I haven't played gt5 in like a year but I can't believe the quality of some of these shots. They are all so good! It may be the new lighting engine but man, on everyone's galleries the shots are all just phenomenal. Do you guys feel the quality of the photos are coming out better than gt5? Do you notice the lighting making difference? I know the fixed shadows and jaggies in smoke make a heck of a difference.

Those are too realistic that it's almost surreal and the lighting is just sublime. Btw, great driving in that YT video.

I really like this photo. It looks great anyway but I particularly like the grime on the car. Dirtied endurance cars always looks fantastic. Nice job @Sutuki.
