Because it's in the GT300 class in a Japanese GT series called Super GT.

@shhiny48 Yeah I know it's their set of rulebook to have power resrictor of 500hp and 300hp respectively. It'll surely be more exciting if they have the regulation to have GT800 or maybe GT900 because, just like Jeremy said, More is Good. And also I love the 1000hp-era F1 cars.
