no, it isn't, just pay attention to what's behind the car, and the contrast and stuff (although that might be done in photoshop)

Waaaaaaaaaaaay to much saturation and dynamic. Just look at the front of the car. That's nothing I want to see in a "realistic" picture.
 
Maybe the content is somewhat unrealistic (i.e 10 x2010's considering the car isnt even real) BUT in terms of the QUALITY of the photo then a lot of them are realistic.

It's a bit subdued compared to a lot of my other shots :) It was actually a "second" from another shoot but I felt it kind of fit the thread. The fog effect was achieved by making a gaussian blur/depth of field effect towards the end of the road.
 
Playing with the colours some and ended up with this..

.. hopefully it turned out realistic enough.
