Well, mine's fully upgraded and only has 660 bhp, with a top speed of about 320 km/h (200 mph), though it's pretty fun to drive. I wouldn't recommend it for drag racing though :p

how do i get it so that the wheels are moving in the shot mines are always stoped nd icant seem to show any speed in it.

Change the panning mode to 2 or 3 and adjust shutter speed.

Make shutter speed lower, in my picture I used 85.
