It's called Moon Mode. When you get to lvl 40 you have the option to make the gravity coefficient much less, and cars sorta float when they jump.

they're not bad at all. some of them have too much blur applied to them, and some the light fall off doesn't really look all there, but still pretty good! love the details, specially the one with the evo VI and the NSX. i just hate the fact that PD is with Sony, meaning the camera for the photomode is a sony of some kind heheheh jk.
