This is great picture!
How can you get that off road details? Is it just a matter of picking up the right frame and camera position, or there is some setting that allow/enanche the visibility of these details?

Timing/Camera position helps with all action shots. I used the Nostalgia filter and Mask filter/pulled some color out and lowered the Saturation. I'm still learning these in game effects.
