I don't know, the most I can remember about series 8 is Red Dwarf's back with all it's crew, Kryte TV, Death getting kicked in the nuts and a T-Rex eating a vindaloo.

No they're not, I just checked. Stephen Marcus plays Bear Strangler McGee, someone else plays Baxter. Bang goes that idea!

It seems Tony Slattery is credited twice, as a voice in the Soap Opera "Androids" in series 2, and as a dispensing machine voice in Series 8!

As a clue, his co-star in one of his parts appears in a second episode as the same character, and both of his parts are in the SAME episode.

Also Richard Hainsworth, he also played a bodyguard in Timeslides, but was the medical orderly in Stasis leak.

Maybe Mike Agnew, he's the Polymorph's in Polymorph, he's also the dispensing machine in Bodyswap.

Judy Pascoe plays Camille in the episode Camile, but she plays the mechanoid Camille and the blob Camille.
Richard Ridings plays Crazed Asto in Psirens and the computer in DNA.
Jane Montgomery plays the Commander and the number one in Holoship.
Elizabeth Hickling plays a Simulatn leutenant in Gunmen of the Apocalypse and a rouge simulant in rimmerworld.
Denis Lill plays death in Gunmen and a Rouge simulant.
