I was looking to set up a 24 hr race with a load of people but don't want to just play it for 24hrs without a reward or "24hrs completed" displayed on the screen etc

The Four-Hour track has a different Nurburgring/GP part added doesn't it?

It consists of half of the GP track with the entire original Nurburgring while the 24hr consists of the entire GP track (Minus 1 section) and the entire original Nurburgring.

you unlock the 24hr race at lvl 29 I believe, but the 24 hr track (for arcade and practice) can be unlocked way earlier with the AMG driving school events, which got a lot easier (to unlock not the event itself) by the 1.05 update

that answers my question perfectly. So need to put some more work in to get to level 29 to get the actual 24 hour race. currently at 21. The 24hr track is fine, just need to be able to race for a full 24hrs as going to have 6 of us playing in a relay team. Race suits and helmets is the dress code 👍
