I would think that you make a post with a list when the draft officially starts with the order. From there people add the car to their name.

Just like before a race, except this will be for competing for places in the championship. Fastest, and/or cleanest if you want to judge their driving, are accepted.

Favorite race track and why: Off the roster? Sarthe. I would love to go there one day, and on GT5, it's my most enjoyable track by far. On the roster? Suzuka, its one of those challenging tracks that can be super rewarding if you can get used to it.
Favorite Snack food and why: I don't really have one. I suppose a good ol' ham & egg sandwich counts. Simple, but delicious.
Favorite drink and why: Tea. I nice strong brew of tea is amazing!
