Is this only possible with the X2010? Or are there other cars fast enough to get away with scraping the wall?

I'm grinding with a Veyron right now. It's good for about 6th or 7th place each try.

Is there any way to do this trick without the keyboard for auto restart race?

I tried this trick for the 1st time today - within 6 hours i'd gone from a paltry 35,000 credits to 7.8 million+ !

I'm only asking because I'm 3 million short of a F1 2007, but doing the indy race myself 25 times is going to be very boring. But that's obviously what I'll have to do.

You know the F2007 is pretty much useless unless you are doing arcade, or practice.

There are at least 3 threads I can think of. Use the search function. 1 is called auto grind, 1 is called full grind, and 1 is called my 2-minute solution (or something like that). I didn't pay too much attention to them but I think they all use either keyboard or auto-fire controller. It made me laugh the first time I saw it, I think it's brilliant.

Any USB keyboard will work.

Or Dream Car Championship 3 times. Or have Bob do it while you watch TV.

I use a fully tuned FGT (rebuilt engine) on the Dream Car Indy race. Depending on the chosen opponents, anything from 1st to 3rd is possible, with some luck you should be getting 2nd for a few hours before an oil change is needed. Set the tranny so at that the end of the long straights you reach about 365 km/h with fresh oil. 2nd is roughly 80k credits and 10 k XP.

seasonal 7 events have a race for the F2007 and F10.

and my lesson learned from autogrind, is make sure to charge your DS3 at least once a day and probably not a good idea to use a bluetooth keyboard for the same reason....:dopey::crazy:

No need to charge the DS3, just use a lead to plug it directly into the USB that way it'll never run out of charge!

incorrect, it can be done with the minolta with the right set up for 1st place the first race, and 2-5th forever on. the veyron is also do-able.

the key is to start the race over and over until the xj purple jag race car isnt in the line up to gain 1 position.

not unless you have a turbo controller

Get in car > Go to Target > Go to electronic section > Buy $20 USB keyboard

to me $20 is worth more than 100 hours of my life

You can do it with which ever car you want. If you want to leave it for hours and come back with a string of 1st place finishes, then you'll need the X2010.

I am doing it as we speak. Now that i started I can not stop :0 Regardless, the X2010 destroys this method. Works very well. I would make the effort in getting one.

I to did it lastnight when I was sleeping, with the FGT. I didn't finish 1st or anything (more line 4th-7th) but it was enough where I leveled up from level 24 to 27 and added an extra 2mil cr to my account.

And I got the 2000 ticket as well.

My x2010 is gonna hit 100k miles soon from auto grind.... Lol

After an oil change, my FGT is now consistently winning the Indy in the Dream Car championship.

EDIT: I've probably been lucky with the opponent selcetion as well. That superquick Jaguar isn't in the lineup.
