Actually it's not ice balls but rain. I just setup small aperture and fast shutter speed (which is nearly impossible in theses light condition irl to get a correct exposure). It freeze the droplets and, with moon light, seems to be ice balls on the foreground.
Last but not least, I upload pic on Lightroom and tweak abit (exposure, contrast, vignetting, etc...).
