The stupidest GT3 thing you ever did

What is the stupidest thing in GT3 you have ever done?

Mine is taking a fully tuned up Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 onto the Test Course with S-Class cars and winning.

I did the same with a Mazda RX-8 on Seattle, and still won.

So what about you?
 
Well, the things you did are not that stupid because you won after all.

One of the supid things I've done is running in an Xsara when I tought I was running my 787B. I explain: I saved my game after doing some test with the Xsara then went to my garage and climbed in my 787. I then had to go out and turned the power off. In the evening I loaded my game and headed fo S-class racing, thinking I was in my 787. On the starting line I was astonished by how fast the other cars were. Then I just got out of the race and started to fiddle with the setups for an hour, racing, setuping, and so on. I only noticed that I was not in the good car when my brother told me I had a nice red car...

So I was really stupid not to check wich car I was in, not caring about the replays that showed Xsara, not noticing that I was in a FF car, even when playing with the settings...

So I think that I was a pretty stupid thing I did (or was it just a stupid guy playing a great game?) :p
 
The dunmest thing I ever did was take the Escudo on the Formula GT Cup. I lost so bad (mainly because they made that car crap), and I ended up starting the game all ove, because I had blown 2 million on a piece of crap (and I didn't have any other cars).
 
Why is that stupid?

Stupid to me means blowing the last turn before the chicane on the 10th at Trial Mountain, and losing a 5-second lead.

Or do you mean 'stoopid', not stupid?

You wanna hear stupid? I'm doing a race on the Super Speedway with one of my F1s and I go to pit and hit that pitwall divider at over 200 miles per hour. Pretty embarassing, but I know I'm not the only one who's done that before. :rolleyes:

Anyway, lessee... well, I used to be a rather "violent" driver, and thus I enjoyed pushing cars into the pit wall or pit lane... Well, I did that one too many times, and found myself heading into the pits due to the fact that the car I was bullying was in fact in need of a pit stop. :o

How did u spend $2mil on an Escudo?? It only costs $1mil plus $90,000 for the Stage 4 kit.


Dumbest thing i ever did, bought a Civic Type-R, moded it to over 400hp and though it was gona be fast :banghead: :janitor: :r:
 
Love those pitwalls. The stupidest thing I ever did: I was at 35% and I spent like 2 hours on a saturday afternoon driving that pink vitz 1.5 rs around the complex string. Stupid enough, but then I forgot to save my tested and retested settings!!! :mad:

I was goin over levels that i havent bothered to beat becuase there were to easy, so i went to MR seris in begginers with the Toyata MR-S. I ended up losing to the easiest cars after i rigged it up with a turbo stage 2 (highest one avialable for that car), a N/A stage 2 (highest), racing muffler, n all other types of engine upgrades. The thing was I forgot to buy a racing transmission to change the timing of the gears so i maxed out and watched everyone with there crapy cars pass by. And now i have no money after buying all that upgrades so i cant afford a transmission. Now i have to do a whole entire endurance race just to win a simple thing. After all i spent all my money on my 1000hp+ rigged up Zonda. And o yea, i always run in to those pit walls with the formula one car, haha.
 
dumbest thing i ever did was let my friend borrow my memory card when i had the game at 60 something percent...he messed up and saved over it

Just to be safe, I sometimes even stop playing with two memory cards when it gets into the wee hours of the morning. :sleep:
 
Think about it. 800BHP monsters vs a 600BHP Skyline I vould barely control?

And if I could Shark you that RX-8 replay.....If I had a Shark.
 
i whacked a cone all the way around laguna seca, just to see if i could do it. it was a really long race, and i had about 6 laps on everyone else in my GT-ONE.
 
dumbest thing i did was on the Super Speed way enduro. I'm feelin lucky. it's the last lap with a 20sec lead. I had time to spare, so i pulled a 360 by hittin the Ebrake. well, just my luck that i spin right into the pit lane:banghead:.

I ended up loosing the race in 6'th.
 
The stupidest thing I have ever done in GT3.

Taking a Corvette Grand Sport and race it against a Corvette C5R and actually winning the race.


Another stupid thing i did was when I completed 100% my first time I was browsing through my car list looking for something to sell. I saw the mini cooper and press the sell, button. Then after returning to the menu I discovered the mini cooper was still there. What I did really sell was my Toyota GT-1 :mad:

Luckily I didnt make a save.

HAHAHA That is the stupidest thing i've read yet....no offence... For me it would be...umm, well......saving over my friends memory card when i was un aware that he had switched them...... :D
 
the stupidest thing i've ever done was once i was playing 2 player battle with a friend that is not good at it and he was racing with his fav car(New Beetle RSi) and his fav track (Special Stage 11) and i was using a car that suprisingly has a good match with the RSi i used the Corvette Z06 so we were on the last lap and somewhere on the track i wanted to on pupose slip out but be able to save myself to let him go by but i hit him and made me go sideways and go even further untill i couldnt save the spill so i hit the wall quickly put it in R and then hit the Brake and floored it. He kept a pretty good lead untill the last turn untill the straight away he was smart and making me bump the back end of him making me unable to pass him finally i did and on the straight away we were neck and neck but since the Z06 has better acceleration through out the higher gears like 3rd - 5th gear i went ahead him when we were 2.000 away from the finish line and he finished 0.425 away from me! (meaning that's how long that would take him to pass me if i were at 0MPH)

even though i won that was still stupid to do that.
