If you shouted at the top of your voice for 8 years, 7 months and 6 days you would have produced enough sound wave energy to heat up a cup of coffee.

Your brain operates on 10 watts of power. It’s true, the amazing computational power of your brain only requires about 10 watts of power to operate!

The storage capacity of the human brain exceeds 4 Terabytes.

You cant measure it like that as we dont work in binery.
The human brain can if taught properly remember everything its taught.

Trouble is, it can't run a flat screen. :ouch:

.... then how can it remember the stuff before it got taught to remember everything?

Sounds a bit of a contradition/interesting philosophical debate

You are never farther than 20 feet from a spider at any point in your life.

Most people will eat at least one spider in their sleep at some point in life.

A house once contained over 2000 brown recluse spiders and the inhabitants were never bitten once.

Edit: Also there are microscopic bugs on your eyelashes right now. Don't blink too hard or they will fall into your eyeball.

-Unwed women in the state of Florida are not allowed to go skydiving on Sundays.
-There are more than thirty salt references in the bible.
-Dolphins can't sleep or they'd drown. So their brains switch side every 8hrs letting the
other side rest.
-Approx. only 15% of the world practices circumcision.
-A Jelly fish is 95% water.

I recently saw dehydrated jellyfish packaged as so, for the purpose of human consumption. ick ick ick

10% of Tarantula's are killed and have their legs taken off, which are then coated in chocolate and sold at those weird Asian shops.

Antarctica/Arctic Circle? ;)

The tongue is the strongest muscle in the body.

Fair enough, I guess a possible exclusion for the Atacama desert as well, but not too many people in those locations are likely to read this. :)

Please tell me the exact Florida State Statute on that one, and get back with me.

Aeroplane? When surfing?

I think it was Nat Geo's factoid, so I dunno. I'd be careful. :nervous:

Edit: Airplanes would be a prime place to find a spider I would think. Maybe even an exotic one without a known anti venom. :) Check your luggage before bringing it home.
